Booking An Event is Easy
Booking an event at The Forum is as easy as picking up the phone! Follow these five easy steps to a successful event.
1. Call The Forum at 706-291-5281 or 800-858-7601.
2. Tell us the date you would like and your space requirements. We will check and see if the date is available and gather important information such as your name, address and phone number for the agreed upon date to be put on "hold".
3. Review, sign and return the Lease Agreement to The Forum along with the required deposit.
4. Speak with an Event Coordinator regarding specific event set up details such as room configuration, number of tables and seats, audio visual needs, etc.
5. Enjoy your successful event!
